What is Pizza Friday?
Pizza Friday is a vital school fundraiser which helps support students and staff throughout the year. Parent Circle coordinates the delivery and distribution of pizza to children at Circle of Seasons Charter School. Families must place an order for each child (order below) by the order deadline to be included - please order separately for each student. Checking out with multiple students on one order causes issues in our ordering system.
You can choose to order by the session (7 or 8 weeks at a time) or for the entire year. We offer 3 options: regular cheese pizza, dairy-free pizza or gluten-free pizza. Volunteers distribute pizza to each classroom during lunch periods. Stay tuned for a Sign Up Genius to register as a Pizza Friday volunteer! (Volunteer Clearances are required to volunteer during school hours.)
The first day of Round 4 is April 12th.
The final day of Round 4 is May 24th.
Every order will include a reusable plate which will be labeled with your child's name to be used throughout the year.
Plates will stay at school for Pizza Friday every week.
Late orders will not be accepted. Sorry, no exceptions!
7 Week Pricing
1 slice per week for 7 weeks - $19.25
2 slices per week for 7 weeks - $38.50
3 slices per week for 7 weeks - $58.25

We rely on parent volunteers to make Pizza Friday possible! Please sign up to help pass out pizza for our amazing students. Volunteering for Pizza Friday is a great way to familiarize yourself with our school, staff and students.

GLUTEN FREE PIZZA
Gluten Free pizzas are 12” pies, which equates to 4 regular slices. The pies are baked in the same oven as regular pizza, baked on their own GF tray, so the pizza never touches the oven. Each pie also comes with its own cutter; they do not use their pie cutter for the GF pies. They would be delivered in their own boxes along with the rest of our regular orders. We will have a volunteer wear gloves while serving and will not touch the regular pizzas.
DAIRY FREE PIZZA
Our dairy free option will be a cheese-free pie. It will be cooked in the same oven as regular pies and will be cut at school with a designated pie cutter. They would be delivered in their own boxes along with the rest of our regular orders. We will have a volunteer wear gloves while serving and will not touch the regular pizzas.
We will do our best but cannot ensure 100% safety for allergies.
Please note the following Pizza Friday Policies!
There will be no pro-rated ordering. You must order by the deadline to be included in the round. Students will not be added to the order after the due date or in later weeks.
Pizza will only be served to children who are attending school on the day of their order.
There will be no "take out" or transfer of pizza to other students or siblings allowed. If your child is absent on a "Pizza Day" please consider your pizza to be a donation. Unused pizza will be offered to the grateful and hardworking staff of COS.
No refunds will be offered due to pre-ordering requirements. We're sorry but there are no exceptions to this. Any unused pizza will be offered to our grateful and hard working COS staff members and we ask that you please accept that your payment has been used as a donation to support our school.
